We are looking for self driven digital product Program Manager to prioritize work, organize teams, and grow client relationships. You may hold or have held the title of Project Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Product Owner.   • View a client’s collective projects at a holistic high level view
  • Maintain product quality across all projects for a given client
  • Work with project team and client to identify new opportunities for growing client accounts
  • Client point of contact project, production, and client account related issues
  • Proven project management abilities, including management of timeline, scope, and budget
  • Manage and monitor client account assignments, tracking health and progress towards project goals (budget, timeline, and quality).
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team towards a common vision
  • Expert with SCRUM/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience assigning tasks across teams using various portfolio/defect managing systems (e.g. JIRA, DevTrack, AtTask, Rally)
  • Sets project roadmap, appropriate milestones and demonstrates consistent forward progress
  • Is excellent at establishing clear direction and driving issue resolution in a timely manner

Technical Understanding

  • Experience working with creative teams to build and ship software products
  • Able to identify and help to resolve blockers to the development process
  • Domain knowledge of mobile application and software space including product marketplaces and ecosystems
  • Ability to break down technical, design, product and business requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Can translate technical requirements to clients and client requirements to development


  • Maintain documentation of client communications, technical requirements, and project-related ancillary materials
  • Drive ongoing development meetings including internal kickoffs, standups, sprint plannings, product demo, and post-mortems
  • Ensure proper internal processes are adhered to
  • Maintain lines of communication across internal teams, including handoffs, wireframe and creative reviews, and other cross-functional duties
  • Translate and transmit a team’s needs from internal communications into actionable items
  • Provide timely reports on project resource and financial performance

This is a full-time salary role with competitive benefits package. Candidate MUST be based in DFW. This role will be based on client's site in Uptown Dallas 75% of time, some work from home is allowed dependent upon project & team needs. Infrequent travel to our Austin HQ may be required.
