You Have:

  • 5+ years of leading a cross-functional team in successful delivery of digital product engagements
  • Proven project management abilities, including management of timeline, scope, and budget
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team towards a common vision
  • Organization and process management skills
  • Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ideally with the CSPO
  • Experience assigning tasks using various systems (e.g. JIRA, DevTrack, AtTask, Rally)
  • Set roadmaps, milestones and demonstrated consistent forward progress
  • Ability to establish clear direction and drive issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Been accountable for project execution
  • Worked with creative and development teams to build and ship digital products
  • Domain knowledge of mobile application and software space including product marketplaces and ecosystems
  • Worked in an agency model where the successful management of more than one project at a time is required.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain documentation of client communications, technical requirements, and project-related ancillary materials
  • Drive ongoing development meetings including internal kickoffs, standups, sprint plannings, product demo, and post-mortems
  • Ensure proper internal processes are adhered to
  • Maintain lines of communication across internal teams, including handoffs, wireframe and creative reviews, and other cross-functional duties
  • Translate and transmit a team’s needs from internal communications into actionable items
  • Expect some level of travel, pending the client and project need

Candidate must be based in Austin, TX. This role is a full-time salary position requiring potential of ~25% travel. This position has competitive salary, medical/supplemental benefits, a fun environment and the opportunity to work both onsite and remote on occasion.
